Sharni Vinson is an American-born Australian actor, dancer and actress born on July 22, 1983. She was born in Sydney Australia. In 201, she made her acting debut in an Australian soap opera called Home and Away. She was in a minor role for only two episodes. The show was able to select her for the main character in the soap opera in Australia Home and Away due to her performance on this particular part was so captivating that the casting agents requested her for the different roles. However, she did submit an attempt to audition however she was not chosen instead during the same episode she was cast in the character of Cassie Turner, who is a troubled teenager who is placed in foster care.
